How neat that I also had Janie's name so I made a baby for her. Here she is, Lanie Grace from the Celeste Musgrove kit (photos were taken by Janie)

Instead of asking for a car, I asked for wisdom...

So we have been needing a family car for a while now. Finally we began the process.....again. This time, I've prayed for wisdom and really was less "selfish" about it and more practical. So we began our search. I liked the first one I drove and was pretty sure we would buy it. It had high miles but looked good and was a really good price. But.... We felt we had to look at a Flex because I had always liked them. We went to look at it with no intention of buying because this car was out of our price range and we had never seen the inside of one. To make a long story short, I fell in love with the Flex. My husband made a ridiculous offer letting them know we didn't expect them to be able to drop the price that low, but they managed to crunch numbers and get there. Not only did God work things out once I gave it to him and merely asked for wisdom, He gave us wisdom and peace about our decision AND my "dream car". He knows our needs and He knows the best timing for meeting them.

So for the last two years, I have been taking classes on line through CORA (College Of Reborn Artistry). I graduated while I was in California. For some reason I don't have any grad pics on my phone. 😒

While there we went to Calveras Big Trees state park. Here I am....tree hugging. 😀

Long time no see!

Wow! I can't believe how long it has been since I blogged. Life has been so busy. I must be more diligent about blogging. :)

So... I guess I'll pick up with an important life event. Last month I went to California for a doll conference. It was my first trip out of the southeast. 😛 I had lots of fun, learned a lot and hope to go again. So here are a couple of photos. This is the baby I made while I was there. Her name is Cora Grace. The below photo is before I rooted her. The one above is after. (Not sure how it got there)  She is a keeper.
