The most important stuff......

So here it is.....my first blog entry. It's about time since I started this blog a year ago. This is what you would call a potluck blog. You never know what I may decide to blog about.

My name is Paula. I am a 42 year old stay at home/homeschooling mom to my 6 wonderful kiddos. Well actually we've mostly raised two of them already. Trae and Tyler are both in college and both religion majors. They are just about the most awesome young men alive! I know I'm partial, but it's true. Despite all the road bumps, we have raised two wonderful men of God. Oh, and they're handsome too. :-) Anna is our young "teen-ager", I often wonder what I would do without her. She is a beautiful young lady after God's heart. She helps us with the younger kids, cooking, and our duties at church. Eli is a 10 year old boy full of life. He is playful and funny and has a sweet spirit. Maggie will soon be 6 or 25 (not sure which) LOL! She is a beautiful, bossy little sister. She's very smart and sweet. Sarah Kate is the baby, but don't tell her I said that. She thinks she's as big as the rest and is out to prove it. She will be 4 soon. She's our funny little sweetheart. Mike was my high school sweetheart and still is 20+ years later. He owns a cleaning business and is an associate pastor (ministering to children). Our family has always been involved in his ministry.

I am one of those kinda crafty people. I enjoy most crafts although I've not perfected any yet. I can sew some, embroider, quilt..... About a year ago, I discovered the art of reborning. I have been reborning baby dolls since January ('13). I have always loved dolls so I believe this hobby will stick around for a while. The hardest is parting with these sweet dolls.

Finally, I am a grace, blessed, gifted child of God. These words I heard a minister say last year, and I try to remind myself often. God loves me and by His grace I am saved, He has blessed me beyond measure and I am His!

Grace, blessed, gifted, child of God,
Paula
